Pinnacle Partners is a management consulting firm that specializes in Sales, Marketing and Operational Management for mid-market, growth oriented, as well as early stage companies. We use proven sales, marketing and operational best practices, along with advanced technology techniques to help companies develop creative strategies and execution programs that will increase sales, profitability and business predictability.

Through a Situational Analysis process, we identify what areas of the company are operating most efficiently and where there are opportunities for improvement including cross-departmental communication and activity synchronization. This independent assessment of a client’s critical success factors and current “state of the union” can be invaluable in identifying potential adjustments to operations and staffing, along with confirming those practices that are working well.

Both customer and prospect accounts (active or lost) can be surveyed as part of this process with the results presented in a formal document for review.

All engagements comprise a fixed fee quote with specific, mutually agreed to client objectives and deliverables spelled out.

PDP Bio

Paul De Paul, the principal and owner of Pinnacle Partners has been involved with the high-tech software and services industry for 25 years. Prior to establishing Pinnacle Partners, a Management Consulting firm in Newport Beach, California his experience and responsibilities covered a broad range of functional areas including Executive Sales, Marketing and Operational Management for technology based companies servicing the F1000 marketplace.

Company experience included Platinum Technology, Merant, Metaphor Computer Systems, IBM, Dun & Bradstreet Services, NewWorldIQ and Open Market. Mr. De Paul  has lead the building of entire sales, services and support organizations on both an international and domestic basis, along with managing new product launches and channel partner programs. He has personally been involved in a number of liquidity events that have yielded significant investor returns.

Mr. De Paul’s extensive familiarity in working with emerging or growing entrepreneurial companies coupled with more mature organizations makes him well qualified to understand the business dynamics across a broad range of company profiles. He is particularly skilled in working with the special challenges associated with start-up or turnaround business situations. Mr. De Paul has worked with technology companies often funded by venture capital firms such as Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers, Warburg-Pincus, Redpoint Ventures and Summit Partners.

Mr. De Paul’s credentials also include driving the implementation of formalized operational process methodology across multiple organizations bringing proven best practices to companies focused on improving overall sales results, staff productivity and business predictability.

Mr. De Paul earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from New York Institute of Technology and attended New York University for Graduate studies.
